Welcome to our new website and thanks for checking us out!
Plateau Surveyors Ltd continues to be busy in 2015. We are particularly excited to be carrying out the survey work for the replica World War One Western Front Battlefield that is to be constructed behind the National Army Museum in Waiouru. We are also involved in defining lease areas for the Department of Corrections at the Tongariro Rangipo Prison. There are still a number of clients undertaking Urban and Rural subdivisions and we have quickly become familiar with the plan changes in the Ruapehu and Rangitikei Districts.
There have also been recent staff changes. In October 2014 Sarah added another baby to her family, a little girl named Harper. Now busy with family commitments Sarah is currently on maternity leave. Even so, Sarah has recently graduated with a Master of Resource and Environmental Planning Degree achieved with first class honours. Sarah still provides back up consultancy services as and when required. To help fill the gap left by Sarah, Sean Stirling has recently returned back to the office after spending summer working on the ski fields in Japan. Sean is also a qualified Planner and during winter, when he isn’t in the office is busy marketing his hand made carbon fibre skis, branded as C6.
Juliette has recently moved on, and now works for Ruapehu District Council. Davina has taken over the office administration, as well as assisting with Resource Consent applications when required.
Grant, Owen and Justin are still consistently working hard in the office, as well as Michael who works between here and Australia.
Please check the other pages of our website to find out more about other survey work we have recently completed.
