Maunga Teitei Developments
This project involved the development of a grassed, Residential Zoned site on the southern side of Shannon Street into 30 residential lots across two stages.
A reserve was created over an existing ephemeral open drain which bisects the site, for the management of stormwater and features extensive planting with species specific to the ephemeral wetland environment. Culs-de-sac extend from two access points on Shannon Street to provide public roading to both stages of the subdivision, with private access lots serving rear lots. Plateau Surveyors Limited was involved in this project from its conception, alongside our client, and work included:
-The preparation of Scheme and Planting Plans
-An application to Council for Resource Consent
-The preparation of Engineering and As Built Plans
-The preparation of Earthworks Management Plans
-Engineering set out, inspection and reporting
-Fieldwork for the Preparation of Survey Plans and the Survey Dataset lodged with Land Information New Zealand.
The result is a high-quality development which gives consideration to natural environmental values, and both maintains and enhances the residential character and amenity of the surrounding environment.
