Ruapehu College Legalisation Survey, Ohakune

The College, exclusive of teachers’ houses, was to be transferred to the Iwi and leased back by the Crown. A legalisation survey on an SO plan was required to support the setting part of the teachers’ residences under the Public Works Act 1981. Our Survey Team completed the necessary fieldwork to physically mark the boundaries of the teachers’ residence parcels prior to preparing an area schedule and legalisation plan for lodgement with Land Information New Zealand.
